The Coca-Cola Company continued to execute on its key strategies in the third quarter, with strong revenue growth and value share gains globally. Net revenues grew 8% to $9.5 billion. Organic revenues (non-GAAP) grew 5%. EPS grew 37% to $0.60.

The board also declared a regular quarterly dividend of 40 cents per common share. The dividend is payable Dec. 16, 2019, to shareowners of record of the company as of the close of business on Dec. 2, 2019.
