On Jan. 12, 2016, the company has entered into a seventh amendment to its credit facility, which matures in May 2020. The amendment increases the size of its credit facility from $200 million to $300 million.

Net sales increased 8.9% to $3.0 billion for the third quarter of 2015 compared to $2.7 billion for the same period in 2014. Gross profit increased 13.3% to $171.6 million for the third quarter of 2015 compared to $151.4 million for the same period in 2014 driven primarily by increases in sales volume and margins. Net income for the third quarter of 2015 was $15.1 million compared to $13.7 million for the same period in 2014.
