On Dec. 18, 2015, Hanger, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors has elected Kathryn Sullivan as an independent director, effective immediately. The Company also announced the resignations of Board Members Eric Green and Patricia Shrader.

On Dec. 15, 2015, it has successfully solicited consents from holders of its $200,000,000 aggregate principal amount 7⅛% Senior Notes due 2018 to amend and waive certain provisions of its Indenture, dated November 2, 2010, among the Company, its subsidiary guarantors and Wilmington Trust Company, as trustee pursuant to which the Notes were issued.
